Concept Robot Design. In combat, the robot can release deadly electrical blasts from it's arms which can also separate into arms to use for repair. It's main job in the battle between robots and mech is to enter the enemies territory near large numbers of robot and mech and it positions itself, starts it's countdown, activates it's EMP generators, temporarily shuts down right before it releases an EMP pulse disabling all Mech in the surrounding area. After the pulse, it reactivates and moves forward, deeper into enemy territory.
